Lyn East 58,takes multi-vitamins on a regular basis: AlthoughI genarally eat healthy, I am aware that some days I'm not getting all the vitamin and minerals I need. 'Like many people,Lyn, a tetired teacher, uses supplement as an insurance policy to make up for any shortfalls in her diet.
